The location of your serial number may vary depending on the model of your device. The common location is on the battery compartment.

NOTE In some instances, the serial numbers could be too small to read. Either use a magnifying glass or snap a picture of the serial number with your mobile phone and zoom in to read the serial number.

Lift the notched corner of the battery cover. Carefully lift the battery cover off the table. On the 8” version, push the two locking tabs up, then pull up on the tab to remove the battery. On the 10” version, push the two locking tabs up, then lift the battery using your index finger. From the sticker label shown inside the battery compartment, serial information is available there.
