The location of your serial number may vary such as the bottom or back of the device, or in some devices, the serial number location could be at the front or side panel. This depends on the model of your device.
To locate the serial number on your Print Engine Printer, slide down the opener at the side of the device, the serial number is located inside. For example, the following image shows the side panel of ZE500.
