Resolution / Answer
The location of your serial number may vary depending on the model of your device. The following are possible locations of the serial number on your Portable and Companion Scanners:
- Back of your device
- On the battery compartment
- To locate the serial number, properly shut down your device, and take out the battery.
| NOTE In some instances, the serial numbers could be too small to read. Either use a magnifying glass or snap a picture of the serial number with your mobile phone and zoom in to read the serial number. |
