Resolution / Answer

The location of your serial number may vary depending on the model of your device. The following are possible locations of the serial number on your handheld mobile computers:

Back of your device
On the battery compartment
- To locate the serial number, properly shut down your device, and take out the battery.

NOTE In some instances, the serial numbers could be too small to read. Either use a magnifying glass or snap a picture of the serial number with your mobile phone and zoom in to read the serial number.
